All our products on houseofshikha.co are handmade. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the stones and placement of the materials as of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product. If you order multiple products of the same design each piece may slightly differ, as the these stones are natural and not machine made.
For now, we just have Online Transfer using a payment gateway, soon we shall be starting with Cash on Delivery method too.
In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
