What are the different modes of payment available?
You can use any one of the following payment methods:

My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?
Don’t worry, it will be reversed instantly. You can check your account balance to confirm.
I opted to save card details. What details are saved?
House Of Shikha will only save:
- Card number
- Card holder’s name
- Expiry date of the card
We do not save the CVV number or the 3D secure password.
I would like another copy of my invoice. How can I get one?
Go to My Orders, select the relevant item and click on ‘Get Invoice’. Or you can email us your order number and we will send you an invoice right away.
How do I delete a saved credit/debit card?
Click on ‘Saved Cards’ in the ‘My Account’ section. You will be able to easily delete saved cards there.
What is the advantage of saving my card details?
You can save time on your next orders by opting for express checkout.
What are Wallets?
Wallets are an APP based mobile payment solution that helps to make payments from your bank accounts easy and hassle-free.
At House of Shikha you can make the payment of your order by using anyone of the these wallets Phonepe, Mobikwik and Freecharge.
Is it necessary to register with other wallets to use them on House Of Shikha?
It is not necessary, you can simply click on the ‘Link’ button available on the ‘Make payment’ page and once linked, it will automatically register you with your choice of wallet provider.
How to make payment on House Of Shikha using wallet in case of insufficient amount?
If you do not have sufficient balance in your account – simply select your choice of wallet on the payment page and click on ‘Pay’ button and it will automatically take you to your respective wallet provider webpage to add more money.
When will I get my wallet cashback?
Usually, cashback gets credited to your account instantly after successful transaction or within next 90 days. However, in some instances it may vary, depending upon the Terms & Conditions of the cashback offer, please refer the same.
What is UPI?
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is an instant payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an RBI regulated entity. UPI is built over the IMPS infrastructure and allows you to instantly transfer money between any two parties’ bank accounts.
What is VPA?
VPA (or UPI ID) is a virtual payment address by which you can send or receive money to any bank account digitally without any hassle 24×7
Is UPI secure?
UPI system is operated by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Since the transactions take place using VPA and without use of bank account details, only NPCI to which account every VPA is linked. Here the banks act as a receiver and sender of the funds. No direct involvement of banks is present in the transactions. It’s the NPCI which does the transaction
Is it safe to share or save my VPA?
Yes, it is safe to share your VPA as it just a virtual address for your transaction and any transaction won’t be completed until authorized by you from your verified device.
